Great sign and customer service! December 29, 2020 Reviewer: James Payne from Robbinsdale , MN United States   Initially when I called Thom he was receptive to what and how I wanted my sign (which was a gift)! I also wanted to pick up my sign beings I work in the area that the sign shop is located which at first was ok, but somewhere in the process of my order I was told that I wouldn’t be able to do that because it was only online orders. I had an issue with that because I was told differently about how I could get my sign. Thom was concerned about this issue and worked to resolve it. He heard my complaint and made it right! In the end my sign was sent in an exceptionally fast turnaround from ordering approval. My sign looked great and was exactly what I wanted!! Thank you Thom for your patience, understanding and concerns about my order! Definitely will order from here again!! Was this review helpful to you?

Phoenix Haven July 22, 2019 Reviewer: Christian Zacho from Clover, SC United States   Beautiful sign, and it was made just as I wanted. The wood was perfect (a cabinet maker's wet dream). If I may make a suggestion though, for the rustic designs you might want to consider wood that's somewhat less perfect. Perhaps a faultier grain, uneven color, etc. Just a suggestion. Love the sign.
